Shipping & Digital Delivery

Shipping Rates

• Flat-rate shipping of $6.95 on orders containing physical items.
• Free shipping on orders over $50.
• Digital-only orders have no shipping charge.
• Sales tax of 7% is applied at checkout.

Processing & Transit

Physical orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Standard domestic transit typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Digital Delivery

Digital workbooks, templates, and resources are delivered by email download link once your order is confirmed. If you do not receive your link, check your spam folder and then contact us — we will re-send it promptly.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available for your shipment, we email the tracking number as soon as the package leaves our facility.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Report damaged or missing shipments within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include photos of any damage so we can replace the item quickly.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Packages returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges to re-send.
