Refund & Return Policy

Coaching & Strategy Sessions

• Payments for sessions are non-refundable.
• Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours' notice.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice forfeit the session fee.
• Late arrivals may receive a shortened session; more than 10 minutes late may forfeit the appointment.

Programs & Workshops

Program and workshop enrollment fees are non-refundable once materials have been issued or the first session has begun. If NLBA cancels a program, participants may transfer to a future date or receive a full refund.

Digital Products

Because digital workbooks, templates, and downloads are delivered immediately, all digital sales are final and non-refundable. If a file fails to download or arrives damaged, contact us and we will re-deliver it.

Physical Products

• Unused physical items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt and inspection.
• Damaged or incorrect items are replaced at no cost — report within 7 days of delivery with photos.

Books

Books purchased through the Coach Trina Silver bookstore or other retailers are governed by that retailer's return policy.

How to Request a Return

Email us with your name, order details, and reason for the return. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
