How Institutions Adopt the Curriculum

Protected materials are released only after the required agreement and payment or approved purchase order is confirmed.

    NLBA confirms scope, schedule, instructors, locations, and approval process.

    NLBA prepares package scope, pricing, license limits, responsibilities, and timeline.

    Signed license agreement

    The parties approve license terms, participants, instructors, and locations.

    Invoice or approved purchase order

    NLBA issues invoice and vendor documents; the institution submits payment or an authorized purchase order.

    Payment or release approval

    NLBA verifies the agreement, payment or approved purchase order, and authorized users.

    Protected access

    Roles, folders, expiration dates, and access records are created for approved users only.

    Implementation

    Orientation and included support are delivered as the cohort launches.
