Coach Trina Silver founded Next Level Business Academy to close the gap between ambition and execution. She has spent more than two decades teaching business fundamentals, guiding owners through strategy, and helping first-time entrepreneurs turn an idea into an operating company.
Her approach is direct and practical: assess the business honestly, name the real obstacles, prioritize what will move revenue, and build systems that hold up when the owner steps away from the desk. She is also an author and the host of conversations on profit, mindset, and marketing for small business owners.
